We will come to your project location and set up a production station to create cellular grout or cellular concrete at the production rate needed. Our experienced staff can provide the batch design or follow the design provided by the engineers. Cellular Grout Production Services will test and maintain the cellular material at the density required by the project engineer throughout the entire project. CGPS supplies the batch design, foaming equipment, trained personnel and the foaming chemical at a flat rate fee per cubic yard.

Our Work Process
Compatibility Testing
At the designated testing lab, we produce the cellular concrete to be used on the project in order to prove the compatibility of the material with the design criteria.
On-Site Batch Design
We set up at the project site to produce the cellular material with our own batching equipment or work with your supplier to create the correct batch design.
Pumping and Production
The correct amount of foam is then created to the desired density, strength and slump required for your crew for production, placing the material without interruption.
