Our History

Cellular Grout Production Services Owner, Paul Falco, has 40 years of experience with a decade in cellular concrete design. He is the co-founder and co-inventor of the Stable Air system, machinery and foaming agent that brings precision and predictability to the process of creating lightweight concrete. 

In 2012, the Stable Air system debuted at World of Concrete, “the commercial construction industry’s largest and most important annual international event for concrete and masonry professionals across the globe” and received the following accolades:

All About Cellular Concrete

Cellular concrete and light weight cellular concrete are an engineered Portland cement slurry combined with precise amounts of density controlled foam. The Portland cement slurry and foam are mixed producing a lightweight mixture containing uniformly distributed air cells. In it’s rigid form it can be thought of as cement based grout having air as the aggregate. Density can be varied from 20-120 lb./ft3. Compressive strength ranges from 20 to 4,500 psi. are available.

Overall, cellular concrete provides superior performance, more efficient construction, and reduced costs compared to alternative construction and manufacturing technologies.
